In addition, Mr. MUKENDI holds a Bachelor degree of Law from the University of Kinshasa in DRC and was admitted to the Bar of Kinshasa/Gombe in 1996.

He has advised foreign investors to settle their business in the DR of Congo by incorporating their companies in the DR of Congo. Mister MUKENDI has monitored and supervised international companies in opening their business in DR Congo. He oversighted registration process for mining companies; from gathering required documents, drafting articles of incorporation and following through the procedure of compliance with national and local regulatory agencies and services.

Real Estate:
Mr. MUKENDI has worked as an independent real estate agent for the state of Georgia in the US for more than 20 years and developed excellent working relations with the international lending industries. He helped individuals and businesses through the process of purchasing real estate; from the identification of real estate, inspection and calculation of the credit line to be offered by mortgage companies. Mr. Mukendi closed many real estate transactions in the state of Georgia.

Volunteering:
Besides his legal experience, Mr. MUKENDI worked as a volunteer for NGO by organizing workshops and awareness campaigns on protection of LGBTQ’s rights in DR of Congo and does pro-bono service in defending discriminated and victims of violence LGBTQ people in courts.
