CAMI (Mining Registry)

The CAMI, within the framework of the Mining Code and the Mining Regulations, is responsible for:

The FOMIN's primary purpose is to build material and/or financial wealth, in kind or in cash, to guarantee post-mining benefits for future generations.
IGM (General Inspectorate of Mines)
Corporate purpose:
The IGM's main missions are:
• To combat mining fraud and smuggling in all its forms;
• To design, implement, and monitor the implementation of practical measures for collaboration on the ground between public services and agencies responsible for combating fraud and smuggling in the mining sector.
SAEMAPE (Service for Assistance and Supervision of Artisanal and Small-Scale Mining)
Corporate purpose:
SAEMAPE's purpose is:
• Assistance and supervision of artisanal and small-scale miners;
• Promotion of artisanal and small-scale mining;
• Collection and dissemination of statistical data relating to artisanal and small-scale mining.
