General Manager - CAMI

"The DRC must urgently regain its mining sovereignty. The figures exposed reveal a critical dependence – foreign giants CMOC (China) and Glencore (Switzerland) monopolize more than 60% of the national copper production, while Ivanhoe Mines (Canada) and Zijin (China) control more than 80% of cobalt. This foreign control over strategic minerals deprives the Congolese state of colossal revenues, siphoned off abroad to the detriment of local development."

- Freddy Muamba Kanyinku -

General Manager - CEEC

"The implementation of mineral substance analysis laboratories by the CEEC is one of my priorities, which should enable the Congolese state to maximize its revenues from the mining sector. The joint commission is composed of the CEEC, representatives of the Minister and the Secretary General of Mines, a representative of the President of the Senate and a representative of the Inspector General of Finance."

General Manager - SAEMAPE

“Beyond the Expo béton trade fair, there was also the opening of the first edition of the mining fair and the inauguration of the Musompo trading center. This modern center will channel revenues from the artisanal mining sector, where SAEMAPE plays a major role in the traceability of operations. For him, the presence of the Head of State in Lualaba is a strong signal sent to those involved in the artisanal mining sector.”
